May 16, 2013I was hoping that someday that Ultra Q would be released on DVD in the US, and looks like I finally get my wish.
The fine folks over at SHOUT! Factory has recently announced that they will be releasing the first show in the Ultra Franchise, Ultra Q, for the first time on DVD in the US. Their will be all 28 episodes on six discs AND will be in glorious black & white, instead of the remastered color as mistakenly reads on SHOT!’s site, according to August Ragone. The complete set will only have original Japanese language with English subtitles.
Kenji Sahara stars in the show where mysterious things happen and giant monsters sprout up out of nowhere. Ultra Q is like The Twilight Zone in America.
