In a recent article from SciFi Japan, they’ve reported that the Kaiyodo Company, located in Japan, has been creating a toy figure line called the Sci-Fi Revoltech. This toy line will include a wide range of many pop culture characters.
In their third wave, which will be available to the public on June 1st, will have Jack Skellington from the popular film “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, Gamera and Gyaos from the film “Gamera: Guardian of the Universe”. These figures are known to have many articulation points and can be posed in any way you want your figures to be posed.
In my opinion, the Gamera and Gyaos Revoltech figures are the most articulate-oriented figures that I’ve come across so far. The figures also have removable parts so you can add-on other accessory parts that they come with.
The Gamera figure stands at 4 inches and costs ¥2850 and nicely detailed. The accessories are 2 Optional Hands, Plasma Fireball Effect, Lower Half Flying Body Style, Jet Blast Effects for Flying Body Style, Display Stand, and Nameplate.
The Gyaos figure stands at 4.5 to 5 inches and costs the same as the Gamera figure, as well as being an awesome detailed toy. The accessories are Mini Size Flying Gyaos With Stand, Attachment for Flying Pose, Display Stand, and Nameplate.
