PXCR Movie Commentaries Schedule Change

Hello, fellow daikaiju fan! For the last several months, we have been producing movie commentaries during the weeks we aren’t producing a standard PXCR episode.

We’ve had a lot of fun doing them, but prior to do our last commentary on Pacific Rim, Jason and I talked about slowing down the production of commentaries. This is mainly due to feeling burnt out and how much time we need to research the films so we could produce a fun, yet informative, movie commentating experience for you.

After we started doing research for the commentaries, we realized how much time we both were putting in. On top of that, we both have 40 hour work weeks and I have a wife who needs time and attention as well. We have also come to the point where we are always looking forward a couple of episodes for PXCR; so I guess we are also always doing preliminary work on those.

Our plan is to produce a movie commentary about every other month. At this time, we more than likely won’t produce a commentary in January, but most likely will in February. Once we have a movie picked out, we will let you all know so you can anticipate the commentary. It will also give us extra time to research the movie and to do a more thorough job.

The PXCR podcast schedule will not change. We will continue producing those every other week.

We really enjoy producing these podcasts, but we also don’t want to burn ourselves out over it as well. We want to give you fun, quality content and we believed this would help us bring better content to all of you.
